Liability under this warranty is limited to the actual cost of the product. Any consumer other than the original purchaser is not covered by this non-transferable warranty.

For Adjustable Sliding Panel, Panel Fabric Sets, Roller Shade and Magnetic Roman Shade

GoDear Design® provides contract dealers with replacements for defective parts. During the replacement process, similar or equivalent parts will be used. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Not Covered Under Warranty-

1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Consumer damage caused by accidents, alterations, abuse of the product, exposure to salt air, misuse, or damage from pets or insects.
3. Accidental breakage, misuse, or other abuse (unless it occurred during shipping)
4. Improper cleaning and/or chemical use.
5. Normal fading over time, such as material discoloration, yellowing, or cracking of plastic parts.
6. Incorrect measurements, which are not covered by the warranty and are not refundable.
7. Damage resulting from removal and re-installation in the same or any other window or application, or failure to follow instructions, such as measurement, installation, cleaning, and maintenance.

Within one year, GoDear Design® will provide contract dealers with free replacement of defective parts. Any charges incurred by dealers, such as transportation or labor costs, will be subject to the agreement between the customer and the dealer prior to purchase.

When using maintenance services, please prioritize contacting the authorized dealer involved in the transaction. If no relevant information is available, please contact our customer service.

This warranty exclusively covers responsibilities, rights, or guarantees related to GoDear Design® products. Under no circumstances shall GoDear Design® be liable for indirect damages or assume responsibility for any other direct or indirect damages, losses, costs, or expenses.
